Privacy policy

What data we receive through the website, why we need it, how we store it and how you can control it.

1. Who processes the data

The website emarketing.md and services under the emarketing brand are provided by Oleg Visan, independent entrepreneur (Antreprenor Independent Oleg Visan), bd. Costache Negruzzi 4, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova (“we”), who is also the personal data controller. For data-related questions, contact: office@emarketing.md.

We process data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection (formerly Law No. 133/2011) and, for users in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

2. What data we receive

  • Form data: name, email, phone, website address, selected services and message text — whatever you enter in your request.
  • Correspondence data: if you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — in hosting logs and, with your consent, in analytics systems (see our cookie policy).

We do not collect special categories of data and do not ask you to share payment card details through the website.

3. Why we use the data

  • to respond to your request and prepare a proposal — based on your consent and to enter into a contract;
  • to provide services under a contract and handle related correspondence;
  • to analyze website and ad performance — only with your consent to the relevant cookies;
  • to comply with legal requirements (accounting, responses to requests from authorities).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for mailings without separate consent.

4. Who we share data with

We use services that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and request form processing;
  • Brevo — delivering request emails to our inbox;
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — only with your consent to cookies;
  • Yandex (Metrica) — visit statistics, only with your consent to cookies.

Projects are handled by a distributed team of specialists. Contractors access data only to the extent needed for the task and under a confidentiality obligation.

Some of these services may store data outside Moldova and the EU. In such cases, transfers are based on the contractual safeguards provided for by data protection law.

5. How long we keep data

We keep request data for as long as needed to respond and for any subsequent cooperation, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact if you did not become a client. Client data is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by law for accounting records. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics services.

6. Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • find out what data of yours we process and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data or restriction of processing;
  • withdraw your consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • object to processing for marketing purposes;
  • file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (users in the EU — with the supervisory authority of their country).

7. How we protect data

The website runs only over a secure connection (HTTPS), requests are accessible only to team members who need them for their work, and service accounts are protected with passwords and two-factor authentication.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
