Building materials manufacturer: a new website and Google’s first page

The old website never reached the first page for either Russian or Romanian queries. We built the SEO structure, keyword map and technical specification, and the site relaunched in July 2026.

Paint store: a new catalog structure and growth in Google

We updated the website and rebuilt its structure from scratch: product groups and subgroups, with a dedicated page for each search intent. Launched in February 2025.

Construction materials manufacturer: website relaunch

The challenge. A construction materials manufacturer from Moldova with an outdated website. The company wasn’t on the first page of Google for Russian or Romanian queries, and for Romanian queries only the homepage showed up in results.

What we did. We were responsible for structure and SEO: we did keyword research in two languages, designed a sitemap with separate pages for products and business lines, and wrote the technical specification for the developers. The client’s development team built the site to our specification; it relaunched in July 2026.

The result. According to Search Console for July–October 2026: an average Google position of 5.5, about 500 clicks from search per month, and impressions in Google’s AI answers up from 35 to 64 per day.

Paint store: a new catalog structure

The challenge. A store selling paints and interior finishing materials. The catalog was organized “like a warehouse,” and Google showed the site for only a handful of queries.

What we did. We updated the website and rebuilt the structure from scratch: main sections for the big demand topics, product groups and subgroups, and separate pages for each search intent. Launch: late February 2025.

The result. Clicks from Google grew from about 5 to 23 per day, the average position improved from 13 to 6.7, and the number of queries in the top 10 rose from 3 to 14 (March 2025 → 2026).

Furniture manufacturer: betting on GEO

The challenge. A custom furniture maker in Chișinău. The website showed up in search, but the company was barely mentioned in Google’s AI answers or AI assistants.

What we did. We reworked page headings and structure so they directly answer customers’ questions. We strengthened external links and mentions of the company on third-party sites so the website gets cited more often.

The result. Impressions in Google’s AI answers grew from 33 to 137 per day (May → October 2026), with more than 3,400 in October. The average Google position improved from 13.4 to 8.7. The same approach on a second furniture project increased AI impressions sixfold.
